RETURN POLICY

 
If you seek a return, please email info@4x4attitude.com, as approval for a return is required.  You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. The return shipping costs will be covered if the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Note - Customer will be responsible for Return Shipping and a 15% Restocking Fee if the return is not a result of a manufacturing defect.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the package to the shipper, however, in many cases the transaction will be received sooner. This time period includes the transit time for the return (5 to 10 business days), the time  process a return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

CANCELLATION POLICY 

 

Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at info@4x4attitude.com or (888) 261 8555 with your order number and reason for cancellation. All cancellations requests made within 24 hours of order placement will be fully refunded. 

Note - For orders cancelled after 24 hours, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied to your refund. This includes a deduction for costs incurred in processing the order.

Note - Custom orders that are canceled prior to production are subject to a 40% cancellation fee.

REFUND POLICY

 

Item Returns Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus credit card fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation Refund

If your cancellation request is approved within 24 hours of placing the order, you will receive a full refund. Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Visible loss (or damage) apparent at time of delivery MUST be reported to the delivery agent.

If you have any damages or product discrepancies, please contact our customer service team immediately 888-261-8555 for any needed action.

We attempt to send all orders insured upon request, but we are not responsible for carrier damages, delays and lost packages.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and are subject to a restocking fee. 

Other fees may include Residential surcharge, fuel surcharge and or declared value.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and custom designed products.  As soon as the first round (proof) is created for custom designed products, the purchase is final.

 

Exchanges

1. Exchanges Due to Company Fault

If an exchange is required due to a mistake made by 4x4 Attitude — such as sending the wrong item, a defective product, or an error in the order —we will take care of everything for you:

  • Shipping Costs: We will cover all shipping costs for returning the incorrect or defective item and for sending out the replacement.
  • Exchange Process: Please contact our Customer Service team within [10 days] of receiving the product to initiate the exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the returned product, we will promptly ship out the replacement at no additional cost.

2. Exchanges Due to Customer Fault

If an exchange is needed due to a reason attributable to the customer—such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or an error in the original order that was not due to our fault—the following conditions apply:

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item and receiving the new one.
  • Exchange Process: Please contact our Customer Service team within [10 days] of receiving the product to request an exchange. We will provide instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the returned product, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Information:

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging, tags, and any included accessories.
  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested replacement item.

Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at 4x4Attitude.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

-Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

 

Free Domestic Shipping on orders over $100.00.  Shipping takes 1-7 Days.  Please review Product Times in Terms and Conditions.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

4x4Attitude.com ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

4x4Attitude.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

 

Damages

 

4x4Attitude is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

-International Shipping Policy

 

International Shipments: No allowances, credits or cancellations will be allowed for any order that was held by Customs (Inspection, X-raying, Paperwork, Tax or other issues) or for transport details. These are out of our control.

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

 

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

 

4x4Attitude will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

 

Missing or Stolen Shipments

 

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
